This product is the result of two passionate outdoor grillers who were tired of the flimsy options currently available and decided there was a need for a spatula specifically designed with the large meat smokers and the griddle chefs in mind. This spatula tool is heavy duty! It's made of 12 gauge, kitchen grade stainless steel. It has a full-tang micarta handle that is dishwasher safe and a heavy-duty metal loop for hanging on your grill or smoker. It weighs 1.86 pounds making it heavy enough to be used as a steak weight or bacon press. The rounded shape of the base was designed for making perfect smash burgers and it won't bend to the weight of smashing like the thinner options out there.
