Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
-- Reach out to us via email to request a return.
-- We accept all returns within 90 days of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
-- FREE RETURN SHIPPING with prepaid label. (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
-- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-- Gift cards are not returnable..
-- Customers returning any item(s) without requesting a return from us first will not be refunded.
-- We will issue a refund 48-72 hours after a return is received.
-- Please note that all returns do have to be returned back to us via (USPS, UPS or FedEx) in order to be refunded. We can not refund an order without a return or issue a partial refund.
-- Shipping with major carriers can vary in shipping times. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item within a specific time frame.
EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item first. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.
You will need to place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order; you may place it at any time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. (5-7 business days)
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
